Systematic testing, balancing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, with documented results, operator training and a complete hand-over file.

A package is not finished when it is installed — it is finished when it has been proven. Our commissioning team works to a written plan: static checks, pre-commissioning, functional testing, then integrated system testing with all trades live.

We carry out air and water balancing to the design flow rates, pressure and leak testing, electrical testing and insulation resistance, fire alarm cause-and-effect verification, and emergency mode simulations.

The output is a hand-over file: test sheets, balancing reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, spares list, warranty documents and a record of the operator training we delivered.
