SAMPLE ENTRY — replace with a real reference. Full mechanical and electrical package for a residential tower, including central chilled water, water supply and drainage, and LV distribution to every apartment.
The scope covered the complete electro-mechanical installation for the tower: a central chilled water plant with distribution risers to fan coil units in each apartment, domestic cold and hot water with booster sets, drainage and sewage lifting, and the fire-fighting network.
On the electrical side we installed the LV switchgear, riser busbar, apartment distribution boards, common-area lighting and the fire alarm system, and coordinated the standby generator changeover.
