Buildings lose more money to unmaintained plant than to any single breakdown. Our maintenance contracts put a schedule against every asset — filters, belts, refrigerant charge, water treatment, panel thermography, emergency lighting tests, pump and generator runs.
Each visit is recorded against the asset register, so the building owner can see what was done, what was replaced and what is trending towards failure. Corrective works are quoted before they are executed.
Reactive call-outs are covered by an agreed response time, with spares held for the critical items on your site.
