Working in an occupied building meant phasing the works floor by floor with night and weekend shutdowns. The package included VRF air conditioning, fresh air and toilet extract, sprinkler modifications to the new partition layout, LV distribution and lighting, and structured cabling to every workstation.
Hand-over included balancing reports per floor and BMS integration of the new plant into the building's existing head-end.
