The centre remained open throughout. We replaced the rooftop air conditioning units, refurbished the ventilation to the mall corridors, upgraded the main distribution boards, and re-lamped the common areas with LED fittings on a new control system.
All heavy works were carried out overnight, with each area returned to trading condition before opening.
