Client intent first
We start from what the client actually needs the system to do, then engineer the package around it.
We are committed to satisfy our clients intentions and desires.

iKON sarl exists to take the electro-mechanical risk off a client's project. A building's services are where budgets slip and programmes stall — because the scope sits between disciplines, and because problems only surface at commissioning. We take that whole package as one responsibility.
That commitment starts before the contract. We read the design against the site, flag what will not work, and price what is actually going to be built rather than what is drawn. During execution, the same engineers who priced the job supervise it, so decisions are made by people who understand the reasoning behind them.
We measure ourselves on three things: the system does what the client intended, it was handed over commissioned and documented, and it can be maintained by the people who inherit it. Anything short of that is an unfinished job, whatever the certificate says.
Our clients come back — that is the only endorsement of a mission statement that counts.
We start from what the client actually needs the system to do, then engineer the package around it.
Our crews and our subcontractors work to the same standard, and it is not negotiable.
A package is only finished when it has been tested, balanced and proven in operation.
Send us the drawings or a short brief. Our estimation team replies with a scope breakdown and a budget within a few working days.
