Our mechanical division takes a project from the consultant's drawings to a working installation. We review the design against site conditions, produce coordinated shop drawings, procure and expedite equipment, and execute the works with our own supervised crews.
Chilled water and DX systems, ducted and ductless air distribution, ventilation and smoke extraction, domestic water, drainage and pump rooms, sprinkler and hose-reel networks, gas suppression for critical rooms — all of it delivered by teams that work together on the same job every day.
Every mechanical package closes with pressure testing, flushing, air and water balancing, and a hand-over file the operator can actually use.
