Safety Policy

At iKON sarl, our team is highly focused on consistently and continuously improving safety management each day.

Without question, our people are our greatest asset, so protecting individuals working on and around our job sites is our first order of business. Safety is not simply a buzzword or an afterthought at iKON sarl — it is built into how a job is planned, staffed and supervised.

Maintaining safe job sites demands accountability. In many instances, iKON employees and subcontractors are held to standards higher than those mandated by OSHA laws. Every crew works to a site-specific risk assessment and method statement. Permits control hot works, confined spaces, work at height and live electrical activity. Toolbox talks start the shift, and near-misses are recorded and reviewed rather than quietly absorbed.

Supervisors carry the responsibility for enforcement on site, and they carry the authority to stop work. Any worker — ours or a subcontractor's — can raise a concern without going through a chain of command first.

Safety performance is reviewed with the same seriousness as programme and cost, because a site that is not safe is not under control.
