The plant required a full utilities backbone before production equipment could be installed: compressed air generation and distribution, process cooling with a dedicated chiller plant, boiler and steam distribution, and the MV/LV power reticulation with motor control centres.
Instrumentation and control was delivered in parallel — field devices, control panels and PLC integration so that plant utilities are supervised from a single interface.
