Service and repair HVAC plant across our maintenance contracts, from split units to chilled water systems.
Join our maintenance division servicing air conditioning plant across the contracts we hold.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance to schedule
- Diagnose and repair faults on split, VRF, chilled water and package units
- Handle refrigerant safely and keep charge records
- Complete visit sheets and report findings accurately
- Respond to call-outs within the agreed response time
Requirements:
- Technical qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning
- At least 2 years servicing HVAC equipment
- Valid driving licence
- Able to work on call on a rotating basis
Lead an electrical crew on site, set out the works, and hold the standard on quality and safety.
An experienced electrical foreman is required to lead crews on our commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Set out and supervise containment, cabling, boards and terminations
- Allocate daily work to the crew and track productivity
- Enforce safety rules, permits and PPE on the work face
- Report progress and material needs to the site engineer
- Support testing, labelling and hand-over documentation
Requirements:
- Technical diploma (TS/BT) in electrical works
- At least 5 years of site experience, including 2 leading a crew
- Confident reading electrical layouts and single-line diagrams
- Strong safety record and the willingness to enforce it
Run the mechanical package on site: coordinate crews, check installation against drawings, and drive the works to a commissioned hand-over.
We are looking for a mechanical site engineer to take day-to-day responsibility for HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting installations on our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical crews and subcontractors on site
- Check installed works against shop drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with the electrical and civil trades to resolve clashes
- Track material requirements and raise requisitions in good time
- Maintain daily reports, snag lists and progress records
- Support pressure testing, flushing, balancing and commissioning
Requirements:
- BE or BS in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years on MEP site works in Lebanon or the Gulf
- Able to read and mark up mechanical shop drawings
- Working English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Order of Engineers registration preferred
